Complaints Policy

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

This complaints procedure has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended.

2. Liability for defects (Warranty)

  1. New goods: The seller guarantees to the buyer that the goods are free of defects upon receipt. The warranty period is 24 months.

  2. Used goods: Due to the nature of the assortment (used/vintage goods), the seller is liable for defects that appear within 12 months of receipt. This period is shortened in accordance with Section 2168 of the Civil Code.

  3. Limitation of Liability: The warranty does not cover:

    • Wear and tear caused by normal use.

    • Defects corresponding to the degree of use or wear that the goods had when received by the buyer (for used goods).

    • Mechanical damage caused by the buyer.

    • Defects caused by improper handling or storage in unsuitable conditions.

3. Rights from defective performance

If the goods have a defect for which the seller is responsible, the buyer has the right:

  • To remedy the defect by delivering a new item without defects or by repairing the item.

  • To a reasonable discount from the purchase price, if the defect cannot be remedied or if the defect occurs repeatedly.

  • To withdraw from the contract, if the defect is a material breach of contract and cannot be resolved by repair or replacement.

4. Complaint procedure

  1. The buyer is obliged to file a complaint with the seller without undue delay after discovering the defect.

  2. Method of notification: We recommend sending information about the complaint in advance to the email: becheapcompany@gmail.com

  3. Delivery of goods: The goods should be sent in secure packaging (ideally original) to the company's registered office address. The following must be attached to the shipment:

    • Proof of purchase (invoice).

    • Detailed description of the defect.

    • Buyer's contact details and the chosen method of complaint resolution.

  4. Shipping costs: In the case of a legitimate complaint, the buyer has the right to reimbursement of reasonably incurred costs for shipping the goods for complaint.

5. Complaint resolution

  1. The seller will issue the buyer with a confirmation of when the complaint was filed, its content, and the method of resolution requested by the buyer.

  2. The seller will decide on the complaint immediately, in complex cases within 3 working days.

  3. Complaints, including the removal of defects, will be resolved no later than 30 days from the date of filing, unless the seller and buyer agree on a longer period.

  4. After this period, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract or demand a reasonable discount.
