2. Order and Conclusion of Purchase Agreement

  • By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and the complaints procedure.

  • The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order.

3. Withdrawal from the Contract (Return of Goods)

  • The buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original condition to the company's registered office address.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are final (we are not VAT payers).

  • Shipping costs vary according to the chosen method and are displayed in the cart before completing the order.
